Description
Made for the adventurous dual-sport rider, the new CRF300 RALLY is a small capacity machine packing serious credentials. With styling drawn directly from the Dakar winning competition-spec HRC CRF450 RALLY, it adds long-range ability and comfort to its off-road performance thanks to a large fuel tank and wind-cheating nose fairing and screen. Now lighter in weight, with more power and torque from its engine, the CRF300 RALLY is the perfect travelling partner – around town, or the world.
Lighter chassis with improved ground clearance
We’ve managed to remove 5Kg of weight with the redesigned steel frame, aluminium swingarm and bottom yoke further increasing the bikes power to weight ratio.
Larger more powerful engine
We increased its cubic capacity resulting in increased peak power +1.4KW at 19.6KW and +3.5NM at 26.1NM.ECU mapping has been adjusted to suit the larger capacity engine with throttle response improving significantly. The new CRF300L’s engine revs smoother a faster than ever before.
Assist slipper clutch
A first for Honda’s dual-purpose market the assist/slipper clutch eases upshifts and manages rear wheel “chatter” under hard braking and rapid downshifts, it also aids in reducing lever pull by 20% making stop-start riding even easier.
Improved rider comfort
The rubber-mounted seat for added comfort and the foot pegs now feature rubber inserts. Along with the weighted bar end weights, to reduce handlebar vibrations the new CRF300 Rally is ready to take you anywhere.
LED lighting
The headlight is a compact, asymmetric dual LED unit, matched to a LED tail light. The indicators are also LED and now flexibly mounted.
Comprehensive digital dash
A redesigned, LCD display features large black digits on a crisp white display, for instant readability in all conditions. Information includes gear position indicator, fuel consumption, average speed, stopwatch and rev-counter.
Redesigned fuel tank
New redesigned fuel tank increases capacity by 2.7L now totalling 12.8L you will be able to go further for longer. With 32.3 km/l achievable (WMTC) cruising range of over 350km is possible.
